All prices are in Australian dollars. We accept Australian bank cheques, postal orders, direct bank transfer, Visa and MasterCard.
If you are interested in purchasing a particular item, please contact us. We only accept credit card orders over the telephone (no email).

Delivery of Small Items
Ordered goods (instock) are posted the next business day or by arrangement. Australia Post Express Post Parcel Delivery is used for smaller. Large and/or fragile items can be delivered via courier, or our preferred transport company. Alternatively, you may wish to collect from our shop in Fitzroy North.
Delivery of Large Items
Our delivery chargers start from $85 for one man and up to $130 for two men within metro Melbourne. If you are outside metro Melbourne, Contact us for a quote. However, we do not freight interstate.
Total package delivery (including assembly of up to 3 items, unwrapping and rubbish removal) is available for $180.
Additional charges may apply for delivery locations featuring stairs and lifts. Please allow for approximately $15 extra per delivery.
Rubbish removal outside the total package delivery will incur a cost of $5 per box.
Empire Red Interiors take no responsibility for the dimensions of ordered goods being accomodated by existing fitting doorways, stairwells or elevators. Contact us for exact dimensions on items of interest to you.
Empire Red Interiors reserves the right to issue a surcharge to the customer where difficult delivery factors are not outlined prior to delivery.
Our delivery contractors are extremely reliable. In the event they experience a delay, they will contact you to advise the estimated arrival time. Please let us know your time constraints and we will do our best to ensure goods are delivered within your specified timeframe.
